Access the American Express PSP
Before you perform test transactions, ensure connectivity to the American Express PSP.
If you have any IP-level restrictions, you may need to whitelist the American Express PSP IPs.
Contact the American Express PSP Support team to obtain the required IP list if whitelisting is needed.
To check the connectivity, access the following URL through a web browser:
Batch: https://gateway-japa.americanexpress.com/batch/information
If the gateway processes the requests successfully, the "information" file displays status as OPERATING.
